Vicky Skelton is Managing Director for East Asia Pacific at Levi Strauss & Co. (LS&Co.), where she leads commercial operations to drive sustainable, long-term growth across the region. Overseeing one of the company's most strategically important markets, Vicky works closely with regional teams, franchise partners, and distributors across East Asia Pacific to deepen consumer engagement, expand the retail footprint and accelerate digital growth, further strengthening Levi's® position as the definitive head-to-toe lifestyle brand for both men and women.

Vicky has been with LS&Co. for more than 13 years and has held several senior leadership roles across the business. Most recently, she served as the General Manager for Canada, where she advanced the company's direct-to-consumer-first strategy, delivered strong commercial performance and accelerated growth in the women's business.

Vicky holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Spanish and Business Studies from Newcastle University.
