Roxanne Ong is the Senior Vice President of Strategy, Innovations and Education at the Digital Transformation Office at Shiseido. She works with multiple brands, business units and partners within the Shiseido ecosystem to navigate and leverage the endless waves of disruptions and opportunities brought about by the persistence of technological advancements. Her current passion points are in Data, AI, Web 3.0, the Metaverse, the future of beauty and the future of work. A 20+ year veteran of the digital tech space, Roxanne’s diverse and global professional experiences spans global corporations, tech startups and consultancies, holding key management roles across branding, CRM, loyalty, and commerce disciplines at Estee Lauder Corporation, W Hotels, Ogilvy One, Hailo (now MyTaxi) and General Assembly.
