Praveen Shrikhande is the Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited. He drives various strategic digital and technology transformation initiatives across the organization, which include developing e-commerce and customer engagement platforms, deploying AI/ ML and Analytics solutions, implementing Enterprise IT applications like ERP, SCM, Point-of-Sale, etc and managing IT infrastructure, Information Security and Data Privacy. Prior to joining ABFRL, he was the Joint President – IT at Aditya Birla Group, where he spearheaded group-wide initiatives on strategic partner engagement, technology transformation and information security. Earlier, he has led Technology Operations in the Business Process Outsourcing and Cable Television industry with companies like Sutherland Global Services, WNS Global Services, Asianet and Hathway Cable & Datacom He holds a B Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Bombay and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
