Pat is an independent consultant frequently sought for her expertise in marketing transformation strategies, data governance and AI ethics, as well as her views on the future of work. Her 25+ years of experience include: pioneering information systems for the Asian Development Bank, digital transformation projects for Samsung and Pearson, and founding tech startups Cross Media and ThumbMOB, as well as iconic art and music bar Big Sky Mind in Manila.

She also serves as Director and Global Partnerships Head for She Loves Data, an award-winning, 28,000-member global non-profit that focuses on data and AI literacy, and helping more women co-drive an AI-fueled future. She also helped put up We Love MarTech (2024), which aims to grow martech literacy in APAC.

She’s been featured in Forbes Asia, Business World, MarTech Vibe, CX Network, among others, and was recognised as one of Asia’s Top Women Leaders (CMO Awards, 2019).
