Michelle Shieh

Michelle Shieh is the CRM & Loyalty Manager at Love, Bonito, overseeing the discovery of customer insights and the LBCommunity loyalty program. Previously, she jumpstarted Microsoft's first international Bing loyalty program in the UK, while facilitating Bing Insider sessions for more than 12,000 users. At Shopee, she developed the first in-app CRM tool for sellers to segment and target their buyers. When she's not delving into customer personas, Michelle works on her passion project of establishing a network of like-minded women to provide career mentorship to girls.
