Jon Hoel

Jon helps people in organisations, both large and small, align internally and improve processes using facilitative methodologies such as Design Thinking, Soft Systems Methodology, Rapid Consensus, and Agile Scoping.

Based in Singapore’s heartlands since 2010, Jon has lived in Asia for 11 years. He has conducted numerous workshops and training for a variety of organizations ranging from Government Agencies to Airlines. 

Jon has consulting experience with technology companies such as Intel and HP Enterprise Business, as well as science-driven organisations like Dow Corning, Parkway Health and J&J. He also has experience working client-side with SAP and experience with Singaporegovernment clients suchas NCCS, EMA, and NEA and the National Climate Change Secretariat.
