Joey Bian

Joey Bian is Head of Ads Innovation, Business Growth at JD.com. In this role, he manages the direction and strategic vision for the development of innovative marketing tech solutions. He is also CEO of Blackdragon Infor Tech, a tech startup company under JD.com. He joined JD.com in July 2015.

Joey is responsible for exploring and building new digital marketing tech solutions that drive growth for brands and partners. He has extensive experience in building automated marketing engines for Fortune 500 companies across industries in the U.S., including retail, fashion, FMCG, insurance, gaming, tech, and healthcare.

Joey earned his master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
