Jason Ong's career in customer
loyalty spans over 20 years having managed 6 large scale loyalty programmes. As
a CRM practitioner, Jason enjoys drawing insights from customer data to guide
business decisions and directions. He currently heads Eu Yan Sang Singapore's
CRM department responsible for the Eu Rewards loyalty programme and data
analytics as well as strategic partnership. Jason enjoys observing and
spotting trends. He notes that the CRM function will become a central function
in many companies in the years to come as companies are increasingly harnessing
data that they have to drive growth.
