Isabel Kum

Isabel has more than a decade of experience in education and training, and has taught learners ranging from young teenagers to retirees over the course of her career. She has taught in college, university, and worked for an educational non-profit started by McKinsey & Company, the global consulting firm. At SIRS, she heads one of the flagship Train-and-Place programmes in digital marketing, manages cross-border e-marketplace programmes such as eBay and Amazon, and maintains partnerships and collaborations with e-commerce partners such as Shopee and Lazada. Her focus is helping people to upgrade and realise their potential through training, mentoring, and coaching, and enabling people in the digital and e-commerce space, as well as harnessing the power of networks to connect employers and job-seekers.
