Recognized as a Prestige 40 Under 40 2025 honouree, she spearheaded DMK’s rebranding in 2020, redefining the brand's mission to blend style with social impact. Under her leadership, DMK has been spotlighted in Harvard Business Review, The Straits Times, Tatler, and other international publications. Beyond fashion, Eileen champions women’s empowerment, mental health advocacy, and community impact through DMK’s CSR initiatives.
