Dr. Wolfgang Baier

Dr Wolfgang Baier brings with him over 15 years of experience in business transformation strategy and execution. As Group Chief Executive Officer of The Luxasia Group (Luxasia), he oversees the company’s transformational growth with a focus on building industry-leading omni-channel competencies that will reinforce its position as Asia’s leading beauty market maker.

Prior to joining Luxasia, Dr Baier served as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Post Limited (SingPost) from 2011 to 2016, where he was responsible transforming the Local Postal Operator into an International Ecommerce Logistics Provider. He oversaw the acceleration of SingPost’s regional expansion in non-mail businesses such as logistics, retail and e-commerce. During his five years there, Dr Baier was involved in several significant initiatives such as on-boarding Alibaba as a major shareholder. In his time at SingPost he served on many boards across Asia, US and Europe.
