She is responsible for defining and driving expansion strategies & growth plans for adidas eCommerce in SEA to become the premium shopping destination by implementing an Omnichannel & Consumer centric approach. In this role, she is managing this channel end to end from site operations, merchandising, marketing, fulfillment, customer service and vendor management. Defining the SEA eCom go-to market plans, targets and key KPIs is one of my various responsibilities. Some of her key achievements include successfully changed the business model for all 5 SEA countries within the target timeline which allows more flexibility to manage the merchandising and inventory level, and translate into a higher and faster growth rate for the business; Set a new business process across internal key functions from Retail operations, Merchandising, Finance, Warehouse management and logistics to facilitate the success of B2C eCom concept; Lead the launch of first Omnichannel concept for SEA market – the only region to meet the target timeline and Streamline and automate the content sourcing and management system (CMS) utilizing API which result in resource saving and higher operation efficiency.
