Established in 2025, the South East Asia and India Loyalty Association (SILA) delivers thought leadership, education, and networking for loyalty professionals across South East Asia and India. With over 3,000 members — from CMOs and CCOs to Head of Loyalty, Marketing Executives and AI Specialists - SILA represents the region’s growing loyalty community. Its Advisory Board includes senior leaders from minden.ai, Mastercard, Marigold, and Metro, to name a few. SILA’s inaugural event will be held in September 2026 in Singapore, showcasing comparative loyalty research, round-table discussions, and executive networking to support industry advancement across the region.
