Mothercare reveals secrets to maximising success and transformational leadership

    Pang Fu Wei is the managing director of Mothercare - one of Singapore’s largest baby retail chains. Having spent the first four years (of nine) working across every business function within Kim Hin International (KHI)’s group, owned by his family - Pang Fu Wei certainly earnt his seat at the table and proved himself a successful leader. Pang learnt the ins and outs of the family run business, overseeing the acquisition of the Early Learning Centre, the launch of the world’s first Mothercare experience store concept, the implementation of eCommerce and the brand development of Snapkis, Mimosa, Love Amme, and Sparkle Clean. He’s led the business through challenging times, finding ways to innovate, inspire and stay relevant to customers. He serves as a councillor on the Singapore Retailers Association and was the youngest member admitted into Young Presidents’ Organization back in 2017.
