Komsan Kwunchaithunya

Komsan Kwunchaithunya is the Group General Manager of Store Operation team at The Mall Group, where he responsible for all commercial part of The Mall Group (Brick & Mortar), consisted of (7 Department Stores, 3 Luxury Stores (Siam Paragon, EmPorium and EmQuartier), 1 Tourist Store (Blu’ Port), 1 Duty Free store (Duty Free) and 3 standalone stores format. His work was forming corporate strategy and monitor & review the performances and strategy of business units, support units, and the corporate via selected tool such as KPIs. Furthermore, he was also facilitate and advise the cross-functional strategic projects, and providing strategic advices to top executives in improving business and operation performances to ensure that strategic goals are successfully achieved at the corporate level.
