In his current role, he has been building up and leading both local country team and regional hub team inc. Sales, Marketing, IT, Data/ Analyst, Logistic mirroring to eCommerce partners. His focus is on developing/ implementing the eCom fundamentals inc. contents, right assortment, search, review, promotion and traffic generation. He is also leading eBusiness innovation in Data, E2E partnership and Media/ Creative. Don has over 17 years of experience in P&G with 8+ years in Brand Management and +9 years in eBusiness for Korea and leading P&G Asia.
